My tracking number isn't showing any updates yet
Carriers usually scan packages within a day or two of our shipping email, so a quiet tracking page right after that email is normal. If it's still blank after a couple of business days, email us and we'll look into it.
It's been longer than 7 business days
Sometimes carriers hit delays we can't see from our side. Email us with your order number and we'll chase it down for you, and if something's genuinely gone wrong with your delivery, we'll make it right.
