Order Processing
Our fulfillment team carefully prepares and packages each order within 1 to 3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or major promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Timeframe
Our average shipping time is 5 to 7 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
While we strive to meet these timelines for every order, please note that shipping times can occasionally vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen weather events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We work with reliable carriers to provide competitive rates and ensure timely delivery.
For international orders, any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize there is an error after placing your order, contact us within 24 hours. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address. Additional fees may apply if an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address and needs to be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Novali is no longer responsible for the package. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please check with your neighbors or building management first, then reach out directly to the carrier with your tracking information. If you still need assistance after contacting the carrier, our support team can guide you on the next steps.
