Where is my order?

You can track your order anytime here: Track My Order.

👉 If the page is confusing or your tracking isn’t updating, send us your order number at contact@novaliwellness.com and we’ll check it for you.

What are your shipping times?

International shipping usually takes 5–10 working days. Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours.

👉 If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please email us at contact@novaliwellness.com so we can investigate.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

👉 If you didn’t get the tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at contact@novaliwellness.com and we’ll resend it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription yourself anytime by logging into your account Manage Membership, then enter your email and you will be sent a link to edit/cancel your subscription.

Can I pause or skip a subscription order instead of cancelling?

Yes! In your account dashboard, you can pause or skip deliveries whenever you like.
